Our rules
One of the best parts about our apartment is that they are located in the very charming Villamartin neighborhood. Built in 2022, this community is very tranquil and perfect to relax, It is ideal for couples, families, or friends that are looking for a low-key and relaxing place. Keeping with the ambiance of the neighborhood, we do have rules in place to protect our guests, our apartment, and our neighbors. Before booking, we encourage you to be familiar with the rules to make sure that our apartment are the right place for your vacation.
By submitting a reservation request you agree to these terms.
Smoking of any kind is absolutely prohibited.
The apartment is inspected immediately upon checkout and any trace of smoking is immediately identifiable to the proceeding guests.
Any additional cleaning required for smoking will result in additional charges being automatically deducted from the deposit.
No party
We totally understand that life is full of good reasons to celebrate parties (actually we love fun parties, but in the right places). The “no party” and quiet rules will always be enforced.
We have a zero tolerance policy which will result in immediate eviction of the property with no refund and the tenant will be 100% responsible for additional cleaning costs and any damages incurred.
Guests must follow an appropriate code of conduct and not disturb neighbors or other residents. Please maintain a reasonable noise level inside and outside. Quiet hours are from 11pm to 8am.
Guests undertake not to use any premises other than the rental property and to respect the property of neighbours and other residents.
Noise Levels
Quiet hours in the community are from 11:00pm to 7:00am. However, Villamartin is a quiet community, and out of respect for our wonderful neighbors (seriously, we love our neighbors), we expect our guests to behave this way at all times and keep noise levels reasonable Level.
Damage
We know accidents happen sometimes and it’s part of life. We also expect our guests to treat our apartment and their contents with care and respect.
Please let us know of any items that are broken or damaged during your stay. However, any property damage to the apartment during the rental period is the guest’s responsibility and must be reimbursed to Palapa-Golf.com
Guests agree to respect the rented premises and keep them in the same condition as they were rented. Furniture and items available to guests should be handled with care and used only as intended.
